Since being on retainer is essentially "pre-ordering" time for design services each month, this makes it even easier for you to request work when you need it. I keep time blocked out for you each month so you are certain that you'll have time to work with me without the worry of what else is "in progress" ahead of you.

Your custom design retainer program will be tailored to your business's need specifically. Learn how easy it is to get started + the important details so you'll know what to expect!
1 Schedule a Complimentary Design Consult to get started. We’ll discuss your specific design needs for your business over the phone or on a Zoom call!
2 After our chat, I’ll send over a full design retainer contract for your review & approval. This will layout the discussed contract length & monthly hours, retainer details, invoicing setup, turnaround times, & cancellation policies. You only have to approve your contract once per term!
3 Now you’re in! I’ll have a set amount of hours set out for you in advance per week for any design requests.
Work can also be preplanned ahead. We can schedule a call on the second business day of every month to go over the design work needed.
4 After your initial contract term we’ll review & readjust the next retainer setup for you. Flexibility is awesome, right? We’ll adjust your next retainer program whether you need to upgrade or downgrade your package time and/or commitment length.

- Graphic design – typographic logos for new products, services, and events
- Design for print materials – flyers, brochures, newsletters, banners, thank you cards, business cards, etc.
- Digital graphics – eBooks, presentations & pitch decks, social media branding graphics and feed templates**, blog banners, etc.
- Websites – content, graphics, and website maintenance can be provided to website clients that I’ve previously worked with.
- Once a month brainstorming & creative direction Zoom chats
**These services do not include additional costs like creative resources, custom fonts (unless we’ve worked together on a branding project), illustrations, printing services, copywriting, or website design & build services. For social media templates, design services do not include social media management or strategy services.
Contract terms offered are 3,6,9, or 12 months. The minimum contract committment is 3 months.
Yes! At the end of each month, you will receive a detailed review of the design work completed along with the hours allocated to them.
Billing will be setup on auto-pay with a card that you will put on file during the contract approval process. It will only charge you monthly for the duration of your term period.
Unless you go over your design hours for the month, there aren’t any extra fees outside of your custom program setup. Overage will be billed at the current hourly rate of $70 per hour.
